Why is the website in English only?
The other languages will go online in 2 weeks. This has to do with a technical plugin.
Why don’t I see prices and can’t pay online?
We have chosen to ease the transition to digital ordering. So for now, you can only request a quote. We will handle your request personally and then send you a quote. In the future, though, we would like to automate this.
Can I become a dealer with AGN if I don’t place an order directly?
You can! When you create an account your application will come to us. We will then evaluate it as soon as possible. With an account you can request free samples/specifications and quotes.
How do I request samples?
Under sample & quote request you will find what in a classic webshop is ‘your shopping basket’. Add the desired products to your list. In this area you can indicate for each product which products you want to receive a sample. This is free of charge.
Am I stuck with the quote once I requested it?
No, this works basically the same as “just” requesting a quote. This is not final until a price is agreed upon and both parties are in agreement. Requesting a quote via this order portal is therefore without obligation.
What about dropshipment?
If you request a quote for a dropshipment customer, you can simply indicate this in the comments under ‘sample & quote request’.
